When you say 'bug' i think DriverPacks BASE... try almost three years.
With DriverPacks BASE I haven't bugs all time > 3 years. 
We don't normally refer to conflicts or ommisions in the packs as bugs...
The documented bug is a feature.

LSI_gen2.* files were replaced with sas2xp86.*
Your source files have become corrupted and you need to start over from scratch.
I thing the file is correct:
ea4150bc7ed75388deda033f078cc69e *DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_1209.7z
If you haven't already done so, delete your \QSC folder to prevent any older drivers/files from corrupting anything else.
What is this \QSC ???

This file (LSI_gen2.sys) exists in WinXP SP3 distributive.
When I create BartPe image I get the following warning:
File "lsi_gen2.sys" not found
In this situation the CD ROM with Batrpe doesn't load Windows XP.
With DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_1206.7z all works correctly.

I created BartPe CD image with new DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_1107r2.7z
With this computer it works correctly.

Ah, you have an nvidia chipset. You can assist us by running the test packs in this post and reporting back with success/failures in that post.

1. In menu "DrivePacks metod" what the metod I should select?
2. In menu "Finisher method" what I should select?
3. In menu "Optional settings - KTD" what I should select?
4. In menu "Optional settings - KTD settings" what I should select?
5. In menu "QuickStream cache" what I should select?

I try to use MassStorage 11.04 & 11.06 when I create BartPe CD image.
When I boot PC from this CD, I haven't access to hard drives on some PC's.
With MassStorage 11.01 - all correct.
