<begin opinion>
Our current file hosting situation cannot continue as-is.
In the past few days we had 590,000 web page hits, 255 GB of download traffic on Oct 7, 305 GB of download traffic on Oct 8, 154 GB of download traffic so far today.  Our peak was on release-day...over 500 GB of download traffic in one day (half a TERABYTE).  That amount of traffic is not sustainable without significant costs.
The new CDN server is getting hammered.  Everyone needs to think long and hard about which side of the fence they sit on.  All I can say is to be prepared for tiered service.  I think that it's the only way DriverPacks will survive into the future.  Our donation bucket is not overflowing and Wim's pockets are not bottomless!

Yup. Wim fixed it. smile

The below text overlap occurs on Chrome, FireFox, and IE in Win7.

Welcome back! smile
Can you run the HWIDs tool in my signature and post the results?
That would certainly help for the sound issue.
That graphics chip is supported by DriverPack Graphics C.  We use the newer ATI "legacy" driver from here:

If you don't know what DriverPack Graphics A is then why are you posting a request for it? neutral

We are still devising a plan, but it's possible that we may move to a split distribution where the torrents would be free, but the CDN would be available to paid users.  This would help subsidize our costs and give users a tiered service.  It's just an idea.

OK, I'll look into it.
Thanks for the detailed report! smile

So are you saying the DriverPack Graphics A 1009 release does not work for you?  Because that card is supported now.

Updated first post with 910 working version.
Station drivers is reporting a Motorola bluetooth driver at v3.
Does anyone have any Motorola bluetooth hardware at all to test it with?

Unfortunately I think that this news will only exacerbate the problem and people will try downloading the DriverPacks because they may not be available in the near future.  Sort of like "panic buying" during impending natural disasters.  This will only cause our rapidly-dwindling credit to evaporate even faster.
The lack of site donations may or may not have been a contributing factor.
Even with using BitTorrent as our primary distribution method (which I like a lot), we'd still need a primary "seed" server to upload DriverPacks to.  That server would get hammered on release-days.

Already reported and fixed in 10.09.1 online.
But thanks for noticing. wink

What about dpms 10.09?

September is Harvest time, and we have a "bumper-crop" for you this year!
ALL NT5 (Win 2000, 2003, XP) DriverPacks have been updated to version 10.09 (except the CPU pack).
These updated DriverPacks are the culmination of hundreds, maybe thousands of man-hours in building, testing & bug-hunting by our dedicated DriverPacks Team.
Our team is made up of a small core of pack builders, a larger group of hardcore testers, and a small army of hobbyists.

"Why do you guys release packs so infrequently?"
I'm glad you asked.  The answer is: Because we don't have enough hardware or people to help.
If you think you have what it takes to help us hunt bugs and make DriverPacks even more awesome than they already are, then post a request in our forums and you may just get accepted into the coolest bunch of people I've had the pleasure of working with and get access to our cutting-edge beta and nightly builds.
DriverPacks is driven by our insatiable urge to improve to perfection.  We are ALL volunteers, from all corners of the Earth.  We do NOT get paid for this work, but the donations we do receive go towards the maintenance and upkeep of the servers.  Our costs are only increasing.

Please help us help you!

*Edit.
This is already in the DriverPack Graphics A changelog but I thought I'd post it here for more visibility.
KNOWN ISSUES:
Nvidia hardware/drivers may give an error at XP install stage T-33.  Do NOT click the button!  Install will proceed normally if you do not click the button.

That's not a valid driver download link.  We only use drivers from the vendor source.

You didn't "select" any DriverPacks to integrate.  Running DriverPacks BASE with no DriverPacks selected will remove all traces of them and restore the original files.

So after you integrate dpms with textmode enabled then VMSCSI.sys does not exist in your source\i386\ folder?

We need your DPs_BASE.log and more information on HOW you build your .iso.
Please read the "read before you post" link in my signature.

I've never used printer Third Party DriverPacks in any of my builds.  Printers don't need drivers available during setup since most of the time they're not even turned on.
If you slim them down, it would make a nice SAD build though.
