orei, you should post issues regarding the beta in the Betas forum wink Not here. And FYI, we're at rc3 right now wink

All this is EXACTLY the reason why I didn't want to follow the concept "I create the software tools, you guys collect the drivers". I admit that my DriverPacks aren't perfect, but at least it's a minimal guaranteed quality that will assure you the slipstream just works, as do the included drivers. Most of all, my changelog system sucks, but that's because it's all manual. It has to be automated, but for that I need time, time that I could 'buy' by receiving donations: else I have to take a summer job. And yes, I've had to take a summer job, due to a lack of donations. Too bad, but I've got to make some money, as do we all.

Don't feel like ranting, but I think that was already obvious in the first place, I think.

Any idea how I will be able to reproduce this? With which version was this?

muiz... please check the first post for an explanation wink

Yes, all drivers are provided. This will definetely be added, though it is not a high priority.

We, the Bulgarians, a very proud with our alphabet. It is about eleven centuries my people are writing (and reading, of course) this "strange" letters.

No offense smile wink It's very cool smile Let's just say that I wish I were able to read it, or at least understand just a couple of words! Yeah... I wish tongue

Hello!

I would like to try translating DP to Slovenian language.
Thanks.

Amitri

Thanks smile I've made you a Translator! wink

I cannot reproduce this problem either...

Your CD will be fine, a cleanup is performed before each slipstream wink You can reuse the same disc over and over again.

Are you compressing with 7zip Ultra compression? (or if through CLI: "-mx9" as the compression level parameter)

Whehehehe big_smile

What a language big_smile And the alphabet... yikes

There's not a single word that I recognize big_smile

1. There's a guide on how to do that, somewhere.

2. There's a plugin (not created by me) that can do this, but not completely I think.

3. I'm working on that smile wink I'm in touch with the folks of 911cd.net to make it happen. You can expect it somewhere in the next two weeks.

There are CD images as well. Just google for it wink

Your RAM. Test it with mem86+ and let it run the complete test for at least a couple of hours. I've seen the same problem in the past.

Are you really sure that it does work when you're not using the DriverPacks?

Great! Thanks smile

Yes, but since we lack an OT or General UWXPCD forum, what can we do...
*hints at Bâsh* wink

hehe tongue

Well...There is a General Discussion forum... And there is the "Installation Platforms" forum, in which 'general uwxpcd' would belong too wink

I made a request for a beta tester in the bulgarian translation topic but probably because my post is a little bit long you may miss it. So i'll be glad to help.

I must have overlooked that indeed! I've made you one now. wink

I was using DPs_BASE_6061.exe

Yes, I can see that in the log file wink I'm just saying that I won't try to fix it, since this is not the latest version. Just let me know if the problem persists after updating to 6.08.

There's no FULL unicode support in AutoIt, so this would be extremely difficult to realize. You CAN write in Cyrillic or whatever, save it as ANSI and open it properly on systems with Cyrillic enabled. But not on all systems.

I agree that this is not the best solution, but if there's one price to be paid because of using AutoIt, then it's unicode support. I had to choose a language that allowed FAST and easily maintainable development, or you would still not have seen any GUI. Perhaps I can find a workaround, but I won't make it a very high priority, there are other more important things now.

@RogueSpear: They belong in a DriverPack Input, not in a Chipset one. I just need the time to create an automated driver update finder and then any desired DriverPack will be created. Now I'm doing it all manually and that just takes too much time.

@Nautical: The input controllers (keyboard, mice, touchpads), smartcard controllers and card readers are not supported by any of the DriverPacks. The other ones should have been installed though. And perhaps that chipset is only supported in the latest chipset drivers: DriverPack Chipset has just been updated. The other devices may need updated DriverPacks too. You can speed up the development of the DriverPacks by making a donation, by the way wink (you're using the DriverPacks for professional goals anyway).

Sure, will just work. Don't forget to choose 'custom Finisher method', then wink

That was actually a problem in a very old version of the DriverPacks BASE, that has been solved a long time ago... 6.08 can be released any time now, please let me know if this problem is persistent.

Hehe.... Yes... Remove the control panel that you don't need: ATICCC.exe or ATICCP.exe. THAT will make a much larger difference.
