Topic: [SOLVED] .ini for the DriverPacks Finisher?

no .ini in the WLAN pack...is one not needed? i have no idea what it's for....just checking wink

Re: [SOLVED] .ini for the DriverPacks Finisher?

The INIs are indeed for the Fisnisher so exceptions can be installed.
These are ususally the GUI control panels for various devices.
If none need to be installed (ie Intel uses such a panel but I found the default XP controls to be sufficient for my tasks, also, this will cut down the driver size noticeably!), then no INI needs to be present.

IDK however, whether this intentional or a mistake.

What does "IDK" mean, Helmi?

And... you're absolutely right Helmi. A .ini is only necessary when there are exceptions, and in case of DP WLAN, there aren't any.
