Topic: Is there an other way to download?
I want to download all packages and I've tested it at many PCs, but the links are forbidden. Is there any other way to get them, via email or torrent?

Disable firewalls / download managers, *sigh* (anything that changes your referrer).

I disabled everything: Windows Firewall, Windows Defender, Symantec Antivirus & Flashget, but it doesn't work!

It is still something on your end. What browser are you using?
