Also noting that some USB cardreaders might not have their drivers installed if they are greyed out in Device Manager when unpopulated.

Realtek CardReader drivers all updated, including an exception to include "content protection" compatibility.
  Lenovo Power Management also updated.

Imported all USB device drivers (not USB controller drivers) from DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32.  smile

Braille Reader support is now via DP_Misc_USB & DP_Misc-Utils.
