Topic: Misc| About Some Drivers

anyone knows what drivers are needed for the ff:

- NVIDIA nForce4 Parallel ATA Controller
- NVIDIA nForce4 Serial ATA Controller
- NVIDIA nFore(tm) RAID Class Controller

i have tried to find it in the Bâshrat the Sneaky chipset driver pack but windows report that it can't find the drivers needed.

DriverPack MassStorage contains those drivers.

Thanks to nVidia, Windows gets confused when dealing with nForce chipset drivers.  You'll need to modify the MassStorage DriverPack to remove the nForce drivers that you won't use.

The confusion stems from the fact that nVidia, in their infinite wisdom, decided to make the hardware IDs across all nForce chipset lines identical.  Only the latest drivers are used, even if they're the wrong ones!

This also applies to DriverPack LAN.

There's nothing Bâshrat can do to fix it at this point. sad

ic... now i know why i'm getting errors of wrong drivers. thanks

. also on the DP LAN? so far my lan installed ok, i guess

EDIT:

odd , i tried pointing the right folder where the nForce4 driver where but it still won't  work, I also tried pointing it to the other folder and still no good..
