[REQ] Sound - C-Media PCI-8738 & Matrox Extio Audio driver updates

This WHQL'ed driver supports the CMI8738 sound HW.  DriverVer=03/18/2009,5.12.8.1734

I do note that this driver has some HWID's missing, yet this driver is non-WHQL for easy-additions.
