Same problem here. Tried SEVERAL XP slipstreamed versions, Get same BSOD 0x0000007 error on first graphical startup after text based setup which do recognise SIS SATA chipset.
Images works perfectly on VMWARE, But i guess because they are IDE emulated on VMWARE.....Looking for a solution, Meanwhile thinking creating a generic xp image of a system and playing with drivers definitions in winnt.sif, If I won't find an answer to the problem......

Your system is in raid mode? Because for your hardware, the setup always load a raid driver (is in txtsetup.sif)
