I have not found this HWID on the webcam pack:
USB\VID_05ca&PID_1837

BTW, there are several webcam on this site for sony laptops (mostly richon)

Are those drivers going to be added on the web cam driver pack?
I saw the one ending on dev_1839 but not the one ending on dev_1837
