I got this error during slipstream:

AutoIT Error

ERROR: Variable used without being declared

os: xp-home-oem version
DriverPacks Base 6.06.1
setting: d:\xphome-oem 
DriverPacks: Select All
Method: method 1
Finishing: GUIRunOnce
KTD: Disable
QuickStream Cache: Enable
other: ATI Catalyst Control Panel

Use method 2 temporarily, until 6.08 is released.
