I'm trying to slipstream mass storage and lan drivers into Windows Server 203 CD, but every time I get this error...

Hm, just a wild guess but maybe try a directory/path without spaces.
This is known to cause all kinds of trouble...

Known bug: bug #72. It's fixed in the next version.
