Topic: SATA HD Driver for IDE Mother board

hello friends,

i have a IDE motherboard and i have connected my SATA HD with the SATA to IDE Adapter(which goes into the IDE slot,not PCI).
my XP recognizes my SATA HD as an "Unknown Device" and i don't have any drivers for it.
any idea where i can find it?

we'll need more details if we're going to help you, also look on the manufactures website (wich ever one that is) for drivers...
