Sorry mates, was kinda busy the last few days.
I got me an old but nice Dell Server (it was free so... ) which I am still undertaking extensive testing.
The second reason why the update got delayed was that I am trying to update a few other TV cards while I'm on it (you know, you'll never get to it otherwise...).
Specifically ATi and Hauppauge ones in this case (any other requests welcome, but please supply links!).
Well, currently the server is copying some large chunk of files and although it uses a RAID array with six SCSI discs (I'm curious as to whether the controller will work properly with the DriverPacks 
) it takes a while, so I am back at this one now

I have a DP TV I've already updated on my side.
I took DP TV 7.02, and updated Pinnacle & Terratec drivers.

I hope someone of you guys with all the smarts is still listening to this thread. I have a board that my system recognizes as the TechniSat DVB-PC TV Star PCI. When I bought this card on ebay the seller pointed to a website that I don't remember for the drivers. I got the board to work on the system that I had but it was too slow and jerky so now that I have a machine that is fast enough I can't get the board to work and I don't have the drivers that I once had. I downloaded Technisat's file and the drivers were recognized fine and the device manager says it is working properly but Technisat does not see the device. I have XP Pro in a Dual core 2.5 Ghz Intel processor. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If your card has this HardwareID: VEN_13D0&DEV_2103 or VEN_13D0&DEV_2200

There are 2 types of Driver!
Normal (in Root of DVB_PC_TV_Stars) and BDA (in DVB_PC_TV_Stars\BDA)
try the normal and then the BDA one and see if it works.
I think thats a similar problem i have had times ago!
