When intergrating with an xp cd

D\M\H\6 contains a 2k3 folder
D\M\H\8, D\M\L\5 has 2k3 files (2310_2K3.INF, LSI2K2K3.CAT).

are theas files needed for xp as well?

XP won't use them, but 2k3 would.
