EDITED:
I think is conflict with Realtek AC'97 Audio.
There are the characteristics of the PC:
     Tipo de procesador                                  Intel Pentium 4, 1700 MHz (17 x 100)
Nombre de la Placa Base                         Asus P4S800D-X  (5 PCI, 1 AGP, 4 DDR DIMM, Audio, LAN)
Chipset de la Placa Base                         SiS 655FX
Tarjeta gráfica                                       nVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP

Second EDIT:
I have found the HWID of the sound in 3 files .inf
D\S\SM\A\3\O\smwdmSIS.inf     SoundMAX Audio
D\S\SM\D\3\smwdmSIS.inf        SoundMAX Audio (D\3)
D\S\R\1\Alcxau12.inf           Realtek AC'97 Audio

What dou you suggest please, must i exclude the HWID from the inf files of Realtek AC'97 Audio  and SoundMAX Audio (D\3)?
Thanks

Re: [Solved] BSOD: portcls.sys problem

FIXED. I have excluded the HWID from the .inf files mentioned above, and the installation has gone well, all the drivers have been installed properly. That conflict of Sound was also the cluprit of no installation graphic card and webcam.
Best Regards
Is it possible to make a testpack out of this?

Re: [Solved] BSOD: portcls.sys problem

How do you "exclude HWID's" from .inf files? I'm getting BSOD's during installs on machines and would like to fix this problem asap.

Re: [Solved] BSOD: portcls.sys problem

what i have done, is to comment the line where they appear, only the first line.
for example, i want to exclude the HWID from the realtek, i must go to the .inf file where it appears my HWID and comment it:
;%ALCAUD.Desc%=AC97AUD,    PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7012&SUBSYS_810D1043
I think there is another way to do it, is to put the previous line in the part:
[ControlFlags]
ExcludeFromSelect = *           -----> here you can put the previous line
