DriverPacks BASE

I'm new to it. the DP BASE streamline the packs which means i dont have to do anything? its automatic? I need help with it. because of the new GUI, do i still need
SETUP.EX_ ca. 2K
presetup.cmd ca. 1K
SetDevicePath.exe ca. 12K
WatchDriverSigningPolicy.exe ca. 4K

all these? Anyone can teach me or make a tutorial? im lost now. thanks
