Topic: How to integrate all updates & driverpacks but retain the "Repair" fun

Hi, I just joined and my work is trouble shooting or install XP_SP3 on computers.

My main difficulty is being unable to use "Repair" option, i.e. re-install OS with updates & driver packs integrated which would not only repair a corrupted OS, but also add necessary updates/hotfixes. Every time I am forced to do a fresh installation.

So is it really possible to Repair the installed OS & if so what steps do I have to take to create such disks??

Easy.  Don't integrate DriverPacks using DriverPacks BASE.  That process will break the "repair" function.
Instead use SAD2.  It will do what you want.
