Freeware AMD-HD2xxx+ video converter

At the risk of sounding like "Calendar of Updates" (my respect & condolences to Donna's family), i thought that i would share a link of an intriguing freeware video converter for AMD HD2xxx+ HW utilizing the "AMD Media Codec Package" (formerly known as the "AVIVO Package", according to the author).  Apparently it uses the same encoder as the "AMD Video Converter" (formerly known as the "Avivo Video Converter").

XP is not officially supported by the "AMD Media Codec Package", yet Bluesky claims otherwise for his app.
