Hi all,

Like many other let me first start by saying what an excellent resource this forum is and thank everyone for all their past and present work.

I have been doing my best to suck in all the information to build a Universal XP image to deploy to a mass of different desktops.  I hope to do this by capturing the image when the PC PXE boots and deploying via a FOG server.  After many failed attempts, and reading through the various post I went with offlinesysprep and followed this guide here

I have built myself a Windows XP SP3 machine, which I have fully patched from MS update on VMWare Workstation.  I then cloned this PC and went about following the guide.

This works and I have been able to take my virtual image and move into onto a Dell Optiplex 760.  However, when I have attempted to move it onto other hardware, for example the GX620 I get the BSOD 0x7B.

I understand what 0x7B means, so I had a look in C:\OfflineSysprep\UnderWindows\DriverPacks-MassStorage\Driverspacks-MassStorage.txt as I thought this might tell me what drivers got slipstreamed and I cant find entries for 82801FB/FBM for example which is shown on http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/wind … 06/drivers

Sorry for any missing information, or flat out fails, ive included 2 logs, one from Logs DIR.

For anyone who is interested ...

I have used the v9.01 mass storage drivers in my build and this works on the Dell GX620 (Using the latest has wasted about two weeks).  After much reading this has been suggested else where in the forums, and fixed my issue.  I have read through pages of text and something about Intel changing their driver names or the like sticks out.  Maybe someone who is far more knowledgeable than me might reply to confirm or correct.

Either way if anyone wants to input I can help out testing etc, ive read something about nightlys, and currently have the time to devote to resolving this but it wont last forever as you can all relate to.
