how can i make a proposal to add some drivers to a package?

Like the "Techno Trend" TVCard Drivers.

Simply create a new post in the correct sub-forum (XP or Vista/Win7) Third Party DriverPacks.
IE.  http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewforum.php?id=13
With title: [REQ] TV card drivers...
link to known good drivers from the vendor's website. (no external driver website links please, like station-drivers, or rapidshare, etc.)
