OBSOLETE: CMDOW.EXE replacement

CMDOW.EXE is fine to shadow batch files ... but is now recognized as a virus by Symantec antivirus (and maybe others).
As I can't change the default settings of NAV client on my computer at work ... the file gets deleted .
I have the same behaviour with the PC I'm currently working on (Norton Systemworks 2005).
