Topic: Problem With SiS 7012 Audio Driver

I have this audio and a DVD with all the drivers, when i say to the xp look for the drivers of this device in the Drivers DVD its install always Realtek AC'97 Audio.

This is my problem or is a bug in the driverpacks?

This is the HWID:
PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7012&SUBSYS_18151019&REV_A0\3&61AAA01&0&17 : Realtek AC'97 Audio

the download url of the sis 7012 is:
http://driver.sis.com/audio/7012/a12112d.zip

I Think that is this driver, because i can see it in the everest ultimate.

Sorry for my english and thanks.

Re: Problem With SiS 7012 Audio Driver

You need to add the hwid to this inf file in Sound Pack B (The nightly build)

D/S/SI/1/SIS7102.inf (add this %SiS7012.DeviceDesc%=ECS_HWSPDIF,         PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7012&SUBSYS_18151019 )

The drivers in that directory are the same as what you posted they just do not have your hwid in them also the board looks like an ECS motherboard correct?

After you add the hwid and re compress the file give it a test and report back if it fixed the problem.

Thanks,
