Sound Blaster x-fi platinum isn't being reconogized

Hi everyone I just used all of the latest driver packs and when windows xp sp2 was finished installing it didn't find my sound blaster x-fi platinum here are my WIDs and on another note it didn't find my sound max audio either.
I downloaded the drivers from creative I hope I can help you guys fix this problem here are my wids.
