Topic: What's this message mean?

I'm learning all I can about slipstreaming.. been reading a bit and I've come to this nice site.  I've downloaded BASE easily enough... however any of the driverpacks I choose to download comes up saying "The connection was refused when attempting to connect to www.thesneaky.com"

What's going on?

on the one hand obviously the site is temporarily unavailable for some "sneaky" reasons, on the other hand your internet maybe is meeting the end on that site tongue
