So it needs to be mapped. Ok, thank you.

Is there any possibility of that changing?

SDI R104

Attempting to run over a network from a NAS. Having some issues with SDI realizing where the drivers are and that it has already indexed. It keeps asking for drivers even after I have verified it should be looking in the right place.

Does SDI need write permissions to install already indexed drivers? Am I doing something wrong?

settings.cfg & log available if needed.

First things first, major props to Damian666 for this tool. Also thanks again to mr_smartepants for SAD2. Thanks so much, you two.

TechDud wrote:

Instead of "Version", could that column be called "Version/Date"?  (for the 'newbs)

Agreed.

Would you please add the option to select where each folder is located? Even a ini file that needed edited manually would be fine. That would give this tool so much more flexibility.

Have you had luck with automatically updating the dht.dat file? Last I read you needed some info.

Any chance you will release the code for others to learn/help?

Thanks again!

I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for this! It is greatly appreciated!

FWIW I quoted the op over @ UBCD4Win's forums. Just trying to raise awareness, maybe it will help.

Sorry it's been a while. Had two others, but they were same mainboard as last one I posted. This is a much older machine.

Those damn nvidia platform drivers!
I've built more than a few 6150/430 machines when they came out.  Very popular for HTPC builds.
But, because all the components are so tightly integrated, we need to update all the DriverPacks simultaneously (chipset/audio/graphics/LAN/MassStorage).

We build almost exclusively with Asus/Nvidia boards. I have noticed that (almost always) the only problem we have concerning the driverpack disk has to do with the HD Audio.

Had one today...
Failed sad

Welcome to DriverPacks Lord Necron,

Wim has a great sense of humor...

All Nightly DriverPacks (what we call our alpha, beta and Release Candidate's) are reported as "Where did you get that?" tongue
That line has remained unchanged for years big_smile wink

It also has the effect of not offering an update for that pack wink

Thank you, been around for a bit and thought it was time to join and let the team know someone cares. big_smile

As far as not offering an update, that is not needed. I know where to "stick it"! tongue

Testing in S.A.D. DVD. Sorry, nothing to report atm.

BTW - Very cool that Driverpacks BASE says "Where did you get this?" when I added these.
