Thanks,

Can you please tell my how this is possible?

Does one still need to use vista-tool for this?

When i open vista-tool it is wanting the original vista dvd location. I am not needing to insert the drivers into a vista installation,
I only want to creat a stand alone driver cd for vista.

Do i need to only point vista-tool to my directory that contains the drivers??

I don't seem to find any documentation on creating stand alone cd for vista.

Thanks,
Trez

Thanks for all the advice guys!

I'll check it out as soon as i get back to the office.

I just find it strange that this pc has been running fine for 2 years until i decide to try these update packs!  wink

Yes i did not think it was driver related!

Very strange!

I'll look into it some more!

I must say well done on a fantastic idea for driver archiving!

Cheers,

Hello,

I have just made a S.A.D with ALL the driverpacks selected.

When i tested the disk on my own computer my computer did not boot up again.

It does not get past the bios??

Would this have something to do with the stand alone disk that i ran on my computer?

Thanks,

Trez.
