2009-03-25 11:39:48 : <CLNP> Program terminated.

Did a VGA test and it finished fine. Its not the most potent VGA card but at least it didnt freeze up or anything.

Oh and something else to mention. This time arround it also didnt install the Audio properly. Strange because last time with the previous CD it did. The only thing I chaged was the graphics driver pack on the new CD. When I clicked on the device in the device manager and specify to update driver it found it and installed it.

Ok maybe there is something wrong in the way I create the cd:
I use Nlite to do all my customisation and updates integration. Then I integrate the drivers. Is this correct?

P

I have re-installed on a new HDD. It still does the same thing. It detects the hardware but it does not start the driver. The device has an exclamation mark like last time so I uninstalled it and re-installed it using device manager, like last time. This time it found all the files but it could not start the driver. Dialogue box "Cannot start this Hardware" is displayd listing the hardware and saying "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Then I can only click finish. Once thats done it gives me a blue screen and restarts the PC. It then started up 100% with the driver installed and working??? The blue screen was worrying though.
I will run a Sandra burn-in test on the VGA to check stability maybe?

Thanks
P

Its the driverpack I downloaded about three weeks ago. Sorry I am not at the office now to check the exact version.

Hy guys,

Just wanna thank you all for great work! I am a new member and have used your driverpacks for Xp for the past month and it ROCKS!!!

Yesterday I installed my custom XP SP3 with all the drivers integrated on my Toshiba A300 notebook. It has a Radeon HD 3650 vga card on board. Everything installed fine except for the VGA driver. I thought it was strange and after a bit of investigation I noticed that the correct VGA device was detected but the driver was not started. Using Device manager I tried to re-install/Update the driver (drivers were not removed after XP install) by using the Hardware Wizzard to search for the driver on my system. It once again found the driver but complained about a missing .dll file. I was meant to write down the name of the file before I manually installed a driver which I downloaded from the net, but I forgot. sad

So this is just to let you know of a suspected issue with the above mentioned device.

Once again thanks for the great work!

Pieter
