I tried to install Windows XP SP3 with integrated DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_161315.7z prepared by Dibya K52DR on an Asus notebook,
the result was an endless reboot with blue screen

instead installing Windows XP SP3 integrated with the old DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_1412115.7z, everything works perfectly

or Dibya has made some mistakes in the preparation of the package, or the new mass storage driver using this notebook, malfunctioning

@dibya
Friend, can you do me a favor?
you can clean up the massstorage v17000 file I posting?
should remove all drivers and leave only those for xp x86, so as to integrate them with nlite

also integrating the latest drivers for the chipset would solve the problem of the ACPI driver on the new computer?

when?

You think you also update DriverPack masstorage with new drivers I've posted?

Can you fix the problem of xp with driver acpi on new pc ?

you can do something for the usb driver 3 natively on Windows 7?

Hello Friend
I too would like to keep XP for another 10 years
but in these last two years I am having a lot of problems to install it on new PCs,
xp for me has 4 problems:
1) does not support natively ahci, and we are forced to increasingly integrate new massstorage driver packages,
install after the installation would be impossible, since not seeing the hard drive you can not proceed with the installation, and with the F6 key can be integrated only via floppy disk, how sad !!
2) does not open hard disk with GPT partitions, but I have read that replacing the disk.sys file to Windowz 2003 server, this problem is solved
3) his now ACPI driver does not work on new PCs, and the blue screen appears
4) do not have native support for USB 3, and as many new PCs have only USB ports 3, it is impossible to make them work, you always find a suitable driver, if any.

using XP as PE, I often find myself not being able to use the USB ports 3, and when there are only those, I can not connect a keyboard, mouse, external hard drives, etc.

about to launch the new app, I do not care much, fit me old.

however, we are now at the end, I will soon be forced to upgrade to Windows 7 or even Windows 8, since even Windows 7 has native support for USB 3

Windows 10 sucks, testing it and putting it in comparison with Windows 7 and Windows 8, it is much heavier and bug

Hello guys,
I tried to integrate with dpbase, the package posted Damnation and integrates seamlessly,
but trying to integrate it in some WinPe based on XP, it does not work

so inspired by what she said Damnation (compressed incorrectly), I recompressed the pack with 7zip using LZMA not LZMA2, and compress normal level, and this new package works with both dpbase that with WinPE based on XP,
this is the correct package:

@Dibya
I know you're busy, do not worry if you did not see my message,

here is the new driver package massstorage of Samdrivers, released a few days ago, if you have time and want to separate the massstorage drivers for XP 32-bit, and create a new package massstorage updated as the previous one and can be integrated with dpbase, here it is:

thanks

You have pressed F6, you have to press F7

Hi friend

but unfortunately it does not work

AutoIT Error
"Line 13227 (File c: \ test \ DPs_BASE.exe);
Error: Subscript Used with non-Array variable.

I do not know how to intervene

thanks

news?

ok

news?

I did not understand anything of what you have even written with google translate,
but I look forward

as far as I know , the PAE allows a maximum use of 64 gb ram is on 32 -bit systems , and xp would be well too ,
Also a liitle 8gb / 16gb for not having more problems .

To be ready when the driver package masstorage ?

Thanks friend, you are a big
xp is the best of all Microsoft operating systems,
if microsoft had not abandoned, giving him a ahci driver, directx12 and 4 API that he lacks, he would eclipse windows 7, 8, 10
Inernet explorer 11, Edge, and Windows Media Player 12 does not matter to me, are useless programs, I use Firefox, Chrome and VLC,
directx12 not interest me in the office, work and no play,

but a generic ahci drivers such as Vista, 7 and above, it was necessary for XP, install it on newer PCs with ahci controller is increasingly difficult

office my PCs have 4 GB of RAM,
but how is it that your patch ports that limit to 64 GB on a 32-bit system?
I knew that win 2003 datacenter had this ability, but how did you manage to do it on XP?

DP_MassStorage_16081.7z the files that I posted two days ago is the last package of samdrivers, but it collects drivers for XP, WIN VISTA, 7, 8, and 64 bits,

I am not able to do it, but someone here in the forum can clean it ?, and leave only the 32-bit drivers for XP, doing so it can be integrated into the Windows XP CD?
would do a favor to many, now replacing the old 1412,
an update a year in my opinion is good to do it

I when I change some PC in the office, the new remit xp license reusing old computers replaced,
Our software being old are better on XP

for display drivers, audio and so there is no problem, you download and install,
but the masstorage package is important to install xp on PCs that have a ahci controller, otherwise it will not see the hard disk,
I think driverspacks team should at least update the masstorage package of XP, and keep off the other driver,
that package is the most important,
and upgrade it, the team would do a favor to many, including me

Friend, I do not understand anything of the guide,
I do not speak English, I write through google translate

me would masstorage an updated driver to integrate it into my windows xp cd,
the old handout driver 1412 now does not fit the new motherboards

Can someone help me?

thank you

ps. but why driverspacks.net not officially releases on its website the new masstorage driver for Windows XP?
okay that is old, but is still widely used around the world by millions of people, including myself on all the office PC,
I prefer it because we use old software, that run just fine on XP

https://www.sendspace.com/file/l6t06d

this is the last DriverPack masstorage ( DP_MassStorage_16081.7z ),
who can change it by removing all the drivers for 64-bit systems and all the drivers for Windows XP above?
we only care the drivers for XP, but I do not know modify it to clean it and make it work with dpbase

thank you

Hello Friend
thanks for the reply

I've used the latest official version, but I can not solve my problem,

I have integrated the last masstorage 1412 in windows xp with Method 2,
if I install from the CD, it installs without problems,
but if I try to install windows xp from WinPE (after copying the I386 and oem folder on the C drive) using the winnt32.exe file during installation me setuporg.exe errors and presetup.cmd etc.
how can I resolve?

in the past I installed windows xp using winnt32.exe with the old version of masstorage

thx

hi all,
io not can found DriverPacks BASE v11.09.01.2b

who can post it?

thanks
