That's rather odd. I still have the ones I extracted to add to the cd, maybe they can work.

I had no idea you needed to add the PnP driver as well, thanks smile Neither me nor anyone I know own a floppy drive, so I haven't tried the F6 method. Unfortunately I think automatic reboot or so was on, so I wasn't able to see what the bluescreen actually said. The screen simply blinked blue and rebooted.

All the driverpacks and driverpacks base are up to date, the cd is an OEM XP SP3 Pro cd, and here is DPs_BASE.log http://files.getdropbox.com/u/51925/DPs_BASE.log

Sorry about the lack on my part of reading "Read BEFORE you post" prior to posting.

A friend of mine recently got a RocketRAID 2640x4 card and I've been having some problems installing XP onto the harddrives connected to it. Since it wouldn't detect any harddrives with the driverpacks slipstreamed I figured that the driver wasn't included in them and added it to the cd with nlite. This way I could see the harddrives and the entire setup ran smoothly, but when it was done XP would bluescreen on startup.

I've had the same problem while adding raid/ahci drivers with nLite before (that setup works, but windows bluescreens when it's done), but I've always been able to simply disable the raid or install to another disk before. So I could really use some ideas as to why it ends up bluescreening in the end.

Here are the drivers if any of you would like to add it to the driverpack: http://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA/bios_rr2640x4.htm smile

Thanks a lot for keeping these driverpacks updated. I've used them for many years now smile

That's too bad. I would love to see support for 64bit XP as there is just no way I will install vista.
