I have this audio and a DVD with all the drivers, when i say to the xp look for the drivers of this device in the Drivers DVD its install always Realtek AC'97 Audio.

This is my problem or is a bug in the driverpacks?

This is the HWID:

I Think that is this driver, because i can see it in the everest ultimate.

OK Thanks i think that its a 32bit driver, i have installed this driver located in a asus CD-ROM, but i dont know very well, if its the same that the located in the asus webpage.
