Just wanted to confirm this problem...

I import driverpacks into Microsoft SCCM 2007. If I don't disable the mentioned filter driver in SCCM I experience the exact same issues (on all machines I've tried on).

Thanks a lot midiboy for identifying the source. Probably saved me much time.
