Any report on this fixing the problem? I hope to build a new disc and give it a go later in the week, I'll report back.

Hi, just registered because I've run into the exact issue with GX620 as mentioned by OP. I also used RyanVM All-In-One update packs in my install disk.
Does it seem likely that an older DP for chipset would fix the problem? I've seen another thread in this forum about a very similar issue, mentioning specifically the GX520 but also a mention of the GX620.
