There is a new installer that is being used now by Lenovo / IBM now
When you run the update most of the time it extracts to C:\DRIVERS and then runs the actual update from there (it gives you a dialog box asking if you want to run the update after it has extracted)

ZTE Mobile phones drivers are included in the JoinMe software package below in the drivers folder

IBM / Lenovo have the options in the BOIS to change SATA modes
A lot / most of the drivers are already available for Fedora you just have to add the extra repositories like RPM Fusion
