I have got the same problem here... desktop.ini popping up 
Never had it before with older driverpacks.

Sorry but this problem is still there...
I use latest update pack with integrator... newdev.dl_ is still there. BUT when i use the latest base with ALL driverpacks newdev.dl_ disapaers and setup complains about the missing file.
What can i do to remedy this problem?
