Awesome news! Thanks for testing.
Jeff, can we move the new DriverPack Graphics A 9121 to the SimpleCDN server now?

I'll try to dig a little deeper, but it looks like it installed just fine. Then later on, you did a driver rollback. Did you try to restart before you rolled back the driver?
What happens if you integrate DriverPacks normally (ie, DON'T use SAD)?

Re: need assistance with a SAD (30 replies, posted in Software)
That helps a bit. But I need to see your %windir%\setupapi.log (might be named "old" too.)
The specific code I'm looking for will look similar to this (but with different HWID obviously! )
Just search the text for PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0322 and you'll find what I'm looking for.

I added code tags for you.
i noticed my vid card missing?.?
It's not missing as such.
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0322&SUBSYS_01B910DE&REV_A1\4&1AFFAA3D&0&0008: Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
But the correct identification won't be displayed if no driver is loaded.
I'd be interested to see if there's any listing in %windir%\setup***.log for the problem since that HWID is covered by DriverPack Graphics C in folder \N\ and \N3\ (93.71 and 175.16 respectively).

Welcome to DriverPacks!
Well, your details are scarce.
What OS are you trying to integrate DriverPacks into? ie, what are you trying to install that is failing?
Post the HWIDs of the hardware in question. (tool linked in my signature)
If you're trying to integrate DriverPacks into a Win7 source, use the dism-tool (linked below this section).
Any more info you can provide? Click the "read before you post" link in my signature.

OK, I understand. This time of year it's difficult for everyone to find time for these projects when the focus is family/friends/festivities!
I'll incorporate the new .inf into DriverPack Graphics A 9121 as I'm sure it will solve the problem.

Logs here:
Can you also upload the setup***.log files too from %windir%
I need to see why XP setup is skipping that .inf.
In the meantime, I'll go through the .inf and see if I can see anything I may have missed.
*Edit
Oh crap. I spotted yet another typo in that .inf (it was full of them).
Here's how to fix it while I upload a final revision.
find/replace all instances of:
nv4_WSApps_NV3x_Mobile
with
nv_WSApps_NV3x_Mobile
and:
nv4_NV3x_Mobile
with
nv_NV3x_Mobile
That'll fix it!!!

PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_029A&SUBSYS_019B1028&REV_A1\4&1C9EC085&0&0008: NVIDIA Quadro FX 2500M
Hmmm. I'll have a look but I'm positive that is supported.
*Edit,
Yes, it's supported in DriverPack Graphics A\N1\nv4_go.inf. But if you can, try to move that .inf to DriverPack Graphics A\NM\ and retest. It shouldn't make a difference, but it may.
Can you post/email your setup***.log files?
How to I download anything? I went to Simple CDN and and found no link to download - just comments about how great they are.
LOL, you need to look at the main page and click the "downloads" menu item. http://driverpacks.net/downloads
SimpleCDN just owns the host where our files are stored.

Completes the runtime requirement for the ATI Catalyst Control Center. Contains .NET 2.0 & VC 2005/2008 installers (compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003).
Only required if you do not already integrate .NET and VC 2005/2008 in your source.
.NET 2.0 installer graciously donated by YumeYao. A .NET All-In-One (2.0, 3.0, 3.5) installer is also available for download. Just replace dotnetfx.exe in this package with the .NET AIO if desired.
Only required for ATICCC compatibility and ONLY if you don't already integrate your own method of .NET/VC++ runtime installers.
Do NOT use if you already have .NET/VC++ runtimes integrated into your source.

Re: Release Candidates of Graphics DriverPacks open for public testing! (41 replies, posted in News)
You seem to have one file missing from your AE\B_76015 folder and that’s atiicdxx.dat.
That's awesome! This is EXACTLY the kind of information I need!
I've been going through the DriverPacks in anticipation of the final release and I've been finding little (papercut) errors like this to fix.
Once I finish them, I can't wait for you guys to try them in production environments. You'll love them!
Thanks to both eethball and banshee! You guys are both heroes in my book!

Re: Driverpack issue (2 replies, posted in 3rd Party DriverPacks)
Welcome to DriverPacks!
Please give us more details about the affected pack (and subfolder/item) and we'll definitely look into it!

And could you remove that stupid "I can't follow directions and I will lie about what I did" quote from my posts that you had added.
As far as I can tell, it's the truth.
I made my XP Pro SP3 setup with nLite with IE7, Sidebar and WMP11 integrated without finalising the .iso. Then I slipstreamed the drivers with DPs_BASE
Are you editing the WinNT.sif (or anything else) after you slipstream the DriverPacks?
Nothing has been edited after slipstreaming the DriverPacks.
you MUST have made changes after you Slipstreamed the DriverPacks with DriverPacks BASE.
They WERE THERE! You confirmed it in post #14. AND your log confirms it!!!What did you do AFTER you ran DriverPacks BASE??? Spill it, Tell us what you did AFTER DriverPacks.
After I slipstreamed the DriverPacks I created an unattended iso with nLite
Seems pretty cut and dry to me.
You did not follow directions, and you did not tell us the truth about your methods.
We cannot help unless you are very specific about what you did. Once you told us about your "nlite AFTER DriverPacks" escapades, it was obvious (to us) what went wrong.
We don't write tutorials to hear ourselves talk (very often).

Re: [SLVD] D folder always on my C drive (30 replies, posted in Feedback and Support - DriverPacks Base)
AHA!
Nlite hosed your winnt.sif.
That explains everything.
Always, Always, Always run DriverPacks LAST!
Nlite doesn't add to winnt.sif, it REPLACES it.

2009-12-08 23:06:03 : <SLIP> Slipstream finished in 4 seconds.
That can't possibly be correct! Something MUST be wrong.
I've got a quad-core Q6600 and 8GB of DDR2 RAM and this is my score:
2009-12-06 12:33:41 : <SLIP> Slipstream finished in 1 minutes and 23 seconds.
I guess it's time to upgrade!

Re: How do I submit new driver ? (2 replies, posted in Feedback and Support - DriverPacks Base)
Welcome to DriverPacks.
It's easy!
Simply post a request in the correct forum.
Since this appears to be for a wireless card, you'd post in the WLAN forum here.
Create a title for the thread like: [REQ] Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 wireless
Then post a link to the driver that works on your hardware.
It's also a good idea to include your HWIDs from the affected machine. Read the "Read before you post" link in my signature.
The HWID tool is also linked in my signature.
Then one of the team members will evaluate your requested driver and possibly include it in the next build. You may be asked to test it out.
