I created BartPe CD image with new DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_1107r2.7z
With this computer it works correctly.

1) It doesn't matter, but method 2 is fastest.
2) I prefer RunOnceEx, but it doesn't matter for these tests.
3/4) KTD should always be disabled
5) For these tests, QSC should be disabled.

I try to use MassStorage 11.04 & 11.06 when I create BartPe CD image.
When I boot PC from this CD, I haven't access to hard drives on some PC's.
With MassStorage 11.01 - all correct.
