I'm updating this pack now.
Remember, with ATI drivers, DISM will show an error for the Vista driver being integrated in Win7, and vice-versa.

Thanks for reporting. That pack is nearly a year old. I'm updating the Win7 packs more often now. This is next on my list.
I'll keep that error in mind as I update the drivers.
Remember, in Win7, once drivers are added to the driverstore, they're permanent (unless removed manually). Win7 drivers don't get updated by dism unless the filenames are the same.
Always start with a clean Win7 source prior to integrating any drivers.

I get this error in DISM with DP_Graphics_B_wnt6-x64_1007\x64\G_B\ATI\1\CH_98791.inf:Error - An error occurred. The driver package could not be installed.
