Need Help With DV7-6154nr XP Sound Driver with Chip # 92hd80b1x5

I have located a driver they say is for this chip but I get a message "Service can not start"

I just fully updated windows and the driver from Microsoft started but no sound.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone!

Here, looking for XP x86 driver for HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2807&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000

For Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3PH (rev. 1.0), br.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4808

This is a highly wanted driver, since it is Intel 4th generation and it is becoming more and more popular.

Device is reported by AIDA64 as Intel Lynx Point HDMI @ Intel Haswell - Mini HD Audio Controller PCI.

Every other driver works perfectly with this platform on XP, and really fast, with no issues!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't tested it yet. I'm waiting for daniel_k's updated Audigy SupportPack, myself (not for integration, at least not without his expressed permission & admin's).

{DriverVer=03/04/2013, 6.0.01.1377} WHQL'ed for NT6 yet allegedly includes NT5 support.

help me with realtek hd with toshiba xp sp2 ou sp3

hi all
I have toshiba satellite with realtek hd audio, its came with windows 7 but I need xp for some applications,
I isntall xp sp3 but it didnt detect sound card before installing driver and after too, what I did I look in google I found fixer from microsoft called kb835221.exe when I isntall it it detect sound and it works the problem is when I reboot the sound gone again, I have to start again kb835221.exe or I go to device manager I uninstall microsoft uaa audio... when I refresh it detect again sound card, but when I reboot no sound no card.
I find some post in internet the problem was with sp3 so I install windows xp sp2 with kb888111.exe but same problem ,.

the problem is the sound gone after reboot I mean the device disapear in device manager after reboot but in device system microsot UAA high.... exist when I uninstall it and refresh it detect again sound card I think the conflict is there
any help will be really appreciated I become mad cause this problem

Sound Driver not working in Stand Alone Drivers

I made a Stand Alone Drivers CD according this post. All drivers work fine. But sound driver is not working. When I add the drivers in XPCD it works without no problems. What's the problem? I added all the drivers packs in including Sound A, Sound B.
