DriverForge is very easy to use. I give it directory with packed driverpacks, it
unpacks + finds installable drivers +autoinstalls, all in one click.

Do you recommend to use DP_BASE instead of DriverForge ?

DP_BASE seems complex to use. I am not sure how to use it to
unpack+autoinstall drivers, can you point to HowTo ?
All I need to do is give it directory of driverpacks and press Go, no ?

I used DriverForge. I do not see logs except unpacked driver files in c:\D ...

It's XP SP2.
I used DriverForge, so I think DRP_Base.{log,ini} files are not relevant ?
What do you mean by "Source?".
Searching all unpacked Sound drivers, string 27d8 is not found ...

Still unresolved after installing driverpacks cpu, chpset, and
following ibm drivers of R60e: powermanagement, OS hotfix1, OS hotfix 2.

Installed Sound A,Sound B, still no sound (lenovo thinkpad R60e).
Trying to install Audio drivers of R60e, they say "HDA audio bus driver is not found"
There is unresolved VEN8086&DEV_27d8 device.
