thanks for your quick reply, As you suggested I used both the command line argument and DPInst.xml. But It didn't worked for me

I used the following command line argument

DPInst.exe /sa /lm /PATH "C:\DSFS\Binaries\brd3k8flt\brd3k8flt"

and the following XML file :

<dpInst>
    <lagencyMode/>
    <watermarkPath>ToasterRed.bmp</watermarkPath>   
    <suppressAddRemovePrograms/>
</dpInst>

but the log is same as in previous case i.e
