I have a Dell Latitude D630c even it has the same problem. I used the third party Modem Pack also. Can you suggest me what should I do? Hope this forum will be useful to me.

I have the same problem with my DP. So thanks in advance to both of you Jaak and mr_smartepants for solved my problem. Now I will try again to solve this DP Base program which is too much confusing me, as you suggested.

Hi Kilgore.
I think there is the problem about the power packer. Perhaps you did not add any necessory driver that could be helpful to you. I want to ask a question that, have you a SATA hard drive in your notebook?
Please check your settings, hope you can find solution for your trouble.
