I have the Gigabyte P965-S3 and had a bitch of a time solving this same problem over the weekend. Finally did get it working though.

By default, the driver pack does not have the JMicron controllers set up correctly. You need to edit the txtsetup.sif with the CC_0104 and CC_0106 suffixes, and also add CC_0101 to the exclusion list of both the jraid and jahci INF files.

Any chance of going into more detail ? ie a step by step tongue

Ive just tried the same setup, but removed the SIL3114 card completely, and connected the 2 hard drives to the jmicron ports... still a BSOD sad

Im using Windows XP SP1 Home, DP Base 6.10 and Mass Storage Pack 6.08.

Method :

Copy Windows XP CD to HDD, open DP Base and integrate the Mass Storage Pack, ive tried method 1 and 2 of integration and using text mode, then open nLite, and ONLY make ISO (no other function used) , then burn using nero.

I planned to get the method right before adding other drivers and programs and so on...

I put disc in, boot from CD and so on, it goes through the setup as normal, however, when it adds the extra drivers, it finishes, says starting windows, and then i get a irql_not_less_than_or_equal_to BSOD sad

I am using

Gigabyte DS3 Motherboard (intel ICH8 and JMicron JMB363)
Intel E6300 CPU
PCI 3114 SATA RAID card (not in slot closest to PCI-E, as ive read that can cause problems)
PCI SB Live 5.1

2 x 160gb Seagate 7200.7 attatched to 3114 in RAID0
250gb and 300gb Maxtor DM10 attatched to ICH8

Any more info needed ? Ive tried to be as thorough as possible
Any ideas ?

Thanks
