This is the most recent driver and it works (just tested) when put on a floppy and with the F6 method in the text-method XP setup.

I've only used the driver supplied on the CD, but I'll download and test one from their website on monday to be sure it'll work
Thanks for the quick replies!
I have the driverCD in my office, that one definately works, I'll put it online on monday and I'll post the link.
You'll probably find the latest drivers on their website as well, but i have not tested those yet.
Hi,
I'm having a problems with the ARC-1210 raid controller from Areca.
I'm using the most recent version of the driverpacks, the the driverpack base program and an official Windows XP SP3 disk.
Slipstreaming the drivers (including "MassStorage text mode") worked without an error message
The raid-array was configured correctly in the raid controllers bios.
When starting a Debian setup the raid controller and the prepared volume are immediately recognized, so I'm sure the raid array has been configured correctly.
The DVD I've created works on a lot of different hardware not supported by the regular XP setup, but the RAID controller is not recognized. When I try to install on a raid volume the windows setup complains that it could not find any harddisks
This is the HWID form the same card as can be found when the card is plugged into a working XP box: (dumped by devcon.exe)

Who can point me in the right direction?
As most workstations and servers come without floppydrives these days (and a usb floppy doesn't allways work to insert the driver in textbased mode), I'd be really happy to get it working
