BIOS failure.. one of my Dell units . I think the BIOS crashed due to overheat.
I even check and plug a new BIOS ROM, the system is back in a stable processing.

My CPU is changing speed every time I restart my computer. I installed all the necessary drivers for my computre and still the same problem occur.
Sometimes the speed is half to the original and sometimes OK.
The settings for over clock is OK.
