Ok thank you Overflow, now I try and than post the result...

hello, I' ve just finished my unattended xp with nlite and I want to slipstream mass storage driver.  I already have a runonceex file (before mass storage integration) wich work fine, if I use GUIrunonce as finisher it creates a collision with runonceex?
If I have to use runonceex can someone tell me how to properly do it please?
It' s ok if I simply choose custom before slipstream and add this to my runonceex file?

REG ADD %KEY%\000 /VE /D "DriverPacks Finisher..." /f
REG ADD %KEY%\000 /V 1 /D "%SystemDrive%\DPsFnshr.exe" /f

Thank you Overclock! So now I can avoid a useless hard work... That' s the reply I hoped to receive :-)
Soon I will make a donation for this outstanding project!
Have a nice day!   :-)

Yes! yesterday I had a look at FAQ session and it' s not exactly the easiest thing I' ve ever done, but why don' t try?
However I would like to edit mass storage driver pack because I' ve read in some forums that old devices drivers may cause blue screens and some problems, is it true? I have formatted many pc with sata drive and I' ve seen that most popular chipsets are intel, via or nforce ones. So I would like to edit mass storage pack to let it work just with these 3 main manifacturers because I think that deleting outdated device drivers will improve driver pack stability.
ok! if I find some difficulties I will ask you, thank you for your availability Overclock!
See you!!!

Thak you so much OverFlow!
I' m sorry but I didn' t realise that it was already in the faq section.
Bye

Hello! I had a look at mass storage driverPack and I find out that it' s full of extremely rare or outdated drivers.
Howerver drivers included are referred to the motherboard chipset, aren' t they?
In order to slim down driverpack can I keep only main chipset manifacturers drivers, as Intel, Via, nForce ecc.... and delete others?
Is it possible?

JakeLD and Konrad Klar thank you so much for your reply!!!

Hello people of forum!
If I make a xp cd within the mass storage driver pack and I install it into a non-sata harddisk will I have some problems?
Thanks to everyone who will reply

Hello, I' m sure that my question has got a very simple reply, hower I didn' t succed in finding it!
Excuse me but I' m a beginner!!!
My purpose is to create a XP professional Sp3 wich is compatible with a lot of sata harddisks, in order to avoid to integrate the proper driver with nlite for each computer as it' s becoming so boring!
I would like to know if I have to employ only mass storage and base driver pack or if I also need chipset driver pack.
Please, notice that I start with a Sp2 Xp and with nlite I' ve add sp3, hotfixes and some tweaks. I have erased almost all windows drivers as they' re obsolete. Can you tell me how to properly use this driver integration method without conflicting with nlite?
Are there some troubles with sp3?
