I have found a Solution!

You have to download the raid driver for WindowsXP x64 Edition for your device. Run the installer and press cancel after the drivers have been extracted. After you did the drivers are located at C:\ATI\SUPPORT\9-2_xp32-64_raid_75985\RAID (the folder in the support folder can be different). There must be a txtsetup.oem. Install Iso-Builder and integrate this file as controller driver (not as device driver).

on my HP tx2560eg its working fine.

ps: I recommend to install after os-installation all drivers again because this are not all the drivers available at the amd-homepage

Thanks for your support.
I think you can mark this topic as solved

I tried integrating several drivers but it didn't work. One time I get the message AHCIX86.SYS was not found and when I also integrate the x86 drivers I get the massege that this driver won't work for this Version of Windows.

Thanks i will try integrating the raid drivers from ati because these are also the ahci drivers.
I will post if it worked or not.

The thing is that i can't install Windows XP x64 without integrating Drivers, because I get a bluescreen right before the partitioning table.(Same thing with XP32).
Thanks for your fast reply. Can you suggest a Software for integrating x64 Drivers??

Hi I recently bought a notebook with an AMD 780G(Integrated HD3200) and I tried to integrate the drivers I downloaded from the support site of AMD to my winxp x64 CD(nLite). It didn't work and so I decided to create a topic.
My question is if anybody else has this problem and if anybody knows a solution for it.
I bought a HP Pavillion tx2650eg tablet.

Thanks a lot!!
