So after installing this customized windows 7 , I can make a ghost image of this and restore it to any pc (dell,hp,acer,toshiba) .

I am looking for way to make a ghost image of windows 7 that works on all machines. This tutorial will work right?

Yes, adding a couple of runonce entries to my unattend.xml did the trick nicely on a test machine. The SAD utility was able to find and install the relevant drivers. Thanks!!
