I guess my question is whether I can get this working on Windows 7 when the original drivers were intended for Win XP?

Ok.
I searched for a driver off of the Logitech website, but the software they have there is for win XP and doesn't seem to be able to install the driver for win 7.
I searched http://www.downloadwindowsdrivers.info/ but I'm not able to find a driver for the hardware ID.

Is there a way to get the drivers for this webcam installed on Windows 7? Logitech Clicksmart 310.
I've tried Snappy Driver Installer, and it says it can find the drivers, but it gives me failed to install, error 103.
These seem to be the hardware IDs:
