devid.info is pretty good.
You can find drivers by their hardware ID codes which is helpful for mystery hardware.
They advertise their driver software, but I've never tired it.

Double Driver is a good free one. It can even create directory names of the drivers it extracts. It can extract all drivers but by default only selects the drivers you'll probably really need.
